Aureva Perfumery currently ships to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier partners.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product launches, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp along with tracking details.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
• Any applicable shipping charges for special locations or promotional offers will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers may use the tracking details provided to monitor the status of their shipment until delivery.

While Aureva Perfumery strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
For remote, rural, or non-serviceable locations, delivery may require additional transit time.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Aureva Perfumery shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the shipment has been handed over to them.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Aureva Perfumery will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of:
• Incorrect address
• Recipient unavailable
• Refusal to accept the package
the order may be returned to us.
Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipping the order may be borne by the customer.
9. Damaged, Tampered, or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
• Record an unboxing video from start to finish.
• Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and product.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, Aureva Perfumery will assist in investigating the matter and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our policies.
10. Perfume Shipping Notice
Perfumes contain alcohol-based ingredients and may be subject to transportation regulations imposed by certain courier partners.
As a result, delivery timelines may occasionally vary depending on courier requirements and shipping routes.
