At Aureva Perfumery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we maintain specific guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

 

2. Cancellation Refunds

If a cancellation request is approved:

        The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

        Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

        Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

 

3. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

        The product received is damaged during transit.

        The product received is leaking.

        The wrong product was delivered.

        The product received is incomplete or significantly different from the order placed.

        To qualify for a return request:

        The product must remain unused.

        The original packaging must be retained.

        An unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

        The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

        Opened perfume bottles

        Used products

        Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

        Orders declined after delivery attempts

        Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless damaged or incorrect

        Requests based on personal fragrance preference or change of mind

        Products where the original packaging has been discarded

 

5. Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance perception is subjective and varies from person to person.

As a result:

        We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges because a customer dislikes a fragrance.

        We do not offer refunds based on fragrance longevity expectations, projection preferences, or individual scent perception.

Customers are encouraged to review fragrance notes and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

6. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

        Order number

        Unboxing video

        Clear photographs of the product

        Photographs of the shipping package

Our support team will review the claim and determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

 

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered only in cases where:

        A wrong product was delivered.

        A product arrived damaged or leaking.

        Replacement stock is available.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

 

8. Refund Processing

Once a return or cancellation request is approved:

        Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

        Processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

        Banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the credit.

Aureva Perfumery is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after the refund has been processed.

 

9. Failed Deliveries and Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to:

        Incorrect address provided by the customer

        Customer unavailable for delivery

        Refusal to accept delivery

Aureva Perfumery reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any refund, where applicable.

 

10. Policy Updates

Aureva Perfumery reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
